Hello, I'm Sheri!
I’m a UX Designer & Content Strategist with a Master’s in leading creative teams in highly collaborative, agile work environments.
The driving force behind my work is tapping into the human condition. I'm passionate about getting to the root cause of user pain points, wants, needs and desires, and from this process of discovery creating technology that is both useful and beautiful.
I have a Master of Fine Arts in Arts Leadership from Seattle University, where I studied leadership theory and business for two years. Through this program I worked with many of Seattle's arts and technology innovators, honing the fine art of leading diverse teams (creative, marketing, accounting, legal) toward a shared vision.
I’ve crafted content for a variety of media outlets over the past 20 years that include UX content strategy, online community management, news & editorial, radio news broadcast, public relations, research, and blogging.
I also studied for a year in Paris with Master Artist, Marcel Marceau. Marceau taught me a deep understanding of humanity and the ability to craft stories with profound impact. I'm also a trained sommelier and have interviewed wine makers from around the world.
In my spare time I love to listen to people tell their life stories. You can usually find me at a coffee shop with a good friend, out dancing, wine tasting or getting creative inspiration at a local art event.
